Why is there no price on the website?
Because there is no set price. It depends on the drawings and the details you ask for. An AutoCAD file or provisional measurements gives you a first idea of the price, and the final price is calculated from your final choices, once the final drawings are ready. The price is one figure for the whole project, in dirhams and in writing, never a rate per metre.
How long does it take?
Execution and installation take 6 to 8 weeks, from the day you sign the final drawings and make the payment due at signing. Nothing before that day counts. The first design, the measuring and the final drawings come before that day.
Where do you work?
In all seven Emirates. We are based in Sharjah, and visits are by appointment.
Where can I see your work?
We have no showroom, and HOLZ is new. Photos of delivered kitchens will be posted with their owners' permission. We bring the samples to your place. By appointment, across the UAE.
Do you work with designers and contractors?
Yes. We work for homeowners, designers and contractors. A designer or contractor can begin from the form with a client's project.
Who does the plumbing, the electrics and the gas?
We install the appliances and connect them to the sockets, and supply, install and commission the lighting in our contract. Your contractor makes all the plumbing connections. A gas company installs and connects the gas, under your contractor's supervision. We never connect gas.
What if I don't have a contractor?
Then we recommend one to you.
Do you remove the old kitchen?
No. Your contractor removes it.
Which countertops do you offer?
Sintered, quartz and porcelain. No natural stone and no solid surface.
How do I start?
Fill in the short form on this site, or write to info@holzstudio.ae. An AutoCAD file, provisional measurements or a photo of the room is enough to begin. We reply within one working day.
